hyperIQ Pty Ltd (ABN 46 682 290 982) ("hyperIQ", "we", "us", "our") handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our advisory services and to operate this website.
- Booking details. Your name, email address, organisation, role and the focus area you describe in our intake form, captured via Cal.com when you book a session.
- Payment information. For paid bookings, payment details are processed by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd. We do not see or store full card numbers; we receive only a transaction reference and the line-item summary needed to issue a tax invoice.
- Contact form submissions. Name, email, organisation (optional) and the message you send via our contact form, processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to our nominated mailbox.
- Engagement materials. Any documents, briefings or notes you choose to share with us in advance of, during, or after a session.
- Website analytics. Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location at country level, device class, referrer). Cookies are only set after you consent via our cookie banner.
How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for, conduct and follow up on advisory sessions.
- To process payment and issue tax invoices.
- To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form or by email.
- To improve the structure and performance of this website (aggregated analytics only).
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising or to build marketing profiles. We do not enrol you in mailing lists without your explicit request.
Confidentiality of engagement materials
Materials shared with us in the course of an engagement are treated as confidential. They are stored only for as long as needed to deliver and document the engagement, and are deleted on request or by default within twelve months of the engagement closing, whichever is sooner. Sessions are conducted under mutual NDA on request.
Service providers we use
The following providers process limited personal information on our behalf:
- Cal.com. Bookings and calendar coordination.
- Stripe. Payment processing and tax invoice generation.
- Netlify. Site hosting and contact form delivery.
- Microsoft 365. Email delivery to tim@hyperiq.au and calendar management.
- Google Analytics 4. Anonymised usage statistics, contingent on your consent.
Each operates under their own privacy terms and may store data outside Australia. We have selected providers whose practices are consistent with the APPs.
Your rights
You may, at any time:
- Request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.

To exercise any of these, email tim@hyperiq.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Security
We use TLS for all traffic to and from this site. Engagement materials are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. We rely on the security practices of our payment and booking providers for the data they handle.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged here.
