These terms apply to the advisory services provided by hyperIQ Pty Ltd (ABN 46 682 290 982) ("hyperIQ", "we", "us"). By booking or paying for a session, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms.
Services
We provide single-session strategic advisory on agentic AI governance for organisations carrying tier-1 regulatory exposure and similarly placed entities. Sessions are delivered in two booked formats, with a third available on request:
- Intro Call. A free 15-minute video call to confirm fit and scope.
- Strategic Review. A 60-minute focused session, delivered via video conference or in person in Melbourne by mutual arrangement, supported by a written pre-call brief and a 1-page outcome memo issued within 48 hours of the session.
A Full Day engagement (8 hours, optionally split across multiple sessions in the same day) for board sessions, multi-stakeholder workshops or work that benefits from depth across several cuts is available at AUD 3,000 inclusive of GST. Full Day engagements are scoped during a Strategic Review and invoiced separately.
Out of scope
Our services are advisory only. The following are not in scope:
- Implementation, build or deployment of any system or product.
- Vendor selection, RFP support or procurement representation.
- Regulatory submissions or formal legal advice.
- Ongoing engagement absent a separately agreed arrangement.
Where you require services outside this scope, we are happy to refer you to suitable providers.
Fees and payment
The Intro Call is provided free of charge. The Strategic Review fee is AUD 500 inclusive of 10% GST, payable in advance via Stripe at the time of booking. The Full Day fee is AUD 3,000 inclusive of 10% GST, invoiced separately following a Strategic Review. A tax invoice with our ABN is issued for each paid engagement. Bookings are confirmed only once payment (or for the Full Day, payment of the relevant invoice) is received.
Reschedules and refunds
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free reschedule on request.
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled session: the fee is retained. We will use reasonable efforts to reschedule but are not obliged to.
- If we need to reschedule: you have the option of a free reschedule or a full refund.
Confidentiality
Material shared with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement. We will sign a mutual NDA on reasonable request. Engagement materials are deleted within twelve months of the engagement closing unless you request otherwise.
Intellectual property
Frameworks, methodologies and other tools we apply during a session remain our property. Outputs prepared specifically for you (such as the 1-page outcome memo) may be used by you for internal purposes without further licence. Onward distribution to third parties requires our prior consent.
No guarantee of outcomes
Advice is provided on a best-effort basis using current information and the materials you share. We make no representation that the advice will lead to any particular commercial, regulatory or operational outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with a session is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is to be addressed in the courts of Victoria.
